Devi Harris was born in Oakland, California, on October 20, 1964. Harris
graduated from Howard University and the University of
California, Hastings College of the Law. Her mother, Shyamala Gopalan, a
Tamil Indian biologist, had arrived in the United States from India.
Harris's father, Donald J. Harris, a Stanford
University professor emeritus of economics, arrived in the United States
from British Jamaica.

42 years old Rishi Sunak is a British
politician and financier who became leader of the Conservative
Party and prime minster of the United Kingdom. Previously, Mr. Sunak
served as Chancellor of the Exchequer from 2020 to 2022 and Chief
Secretary to the Treasury from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Rishi Sunak was born in a family with immigrant roots.
His grandparents emigrated from Punjab, India to East Africa. From
where, his parents migrated to Southampton, England in 1960s. Rishi Sunak
studied at Winchester College and read Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at
Lincoln College, Oxford in 2001. Mr. Sunak married to an Indian

current prime minister of Portugal 2015. He is Indian-Portuguese. Costa was born in 1961 in Lisbon, the son of
writer Orlando da Costa and journalist Maria Antónia Palla.
Costa is half Portuguese and half Indian; his father was born in Maputo,
Mozambique, to a Goan family. He was the Secretary of State
for Parliamentary Affairs from 1995 to 1997, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs
